Based on a pure IP implementation, Sawtel Calling Card services offer significant advantages over legacy, TDM-based calling card approaches. The Sawtel Calling Card Service provides a complete solution for card services that includes the telephony service interactive voice response (IVR) logic, Web-based subscriber creation and account management, database PIN number creation and authentication, a real-time rating engine, and self-contained billing and reporting. • Multiple Access Number Support

  Can set up multiple access numbers, each identified by welcome prompt, dialing plan, domestic/international origination, and language

• SMS Callback

  Sends text message to the system from your mobile phone and the system will call back and place client in calling card IVR menu

• Email Callback

  Sends an email to the system and the system will call back and place client in calling card IVR menu

• ANI Callback [CLI]

  Calls the system and the system calls back and places client in calling card IVR menu

  Allows subscribers to configure up to 90 speed dial numbers using the IVR or Web interfaces

• Pound Sign (#) Re-origination

  Enables sub-scribers to press the pound sign to terminate one call and initiate another from the same telephone number

  [press "*"] redials last number called in session

• PIN Fraud Protection

  Disconnects the caller after a specific number of invalid PIN attempts, blocks future PIN fraud attempts

• Balance Transfer Fraud Protection

  Denies the associated PIN from making any further balance transfer attempts after specified number of invalid balance attempts have be executed

• Express Calling

  Allows subscribers to make prepaid calls without any IVR interaction. Subscriber simply dials the call and the application can authenticate the subscriber and rate the called number

• PINless Calling

  Allows subscribers to access their prepaid account without entering a PIN. The subscriber registers their phone number against their account and whenever they dial the access number, the application will recognize their phone number, immediately authenticate their account, and prompt them to enter their destination number.

• Integrated Credit Card Recharge

  Allows subscribers to top-up their account (prepaid) or pay off their accumulated usage (postpaid) via credit card. The application connects to the credit card authorization network in real time to obtain authorization for the transaction.
